Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Ohio. With 520+ stores nationwide, we provide a guided, low-pressure shopping experience and use bedMATCH to help customers find their perfect mattress.

You will work a retail schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays), assist customers, lift up to 75 lbs, and participate in our training program. We offer robust compensation with hourly wages or commission, bonuses, a 401(k) with strong employer

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates who can work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Passion for providing a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Comfort with using tablets, mobile POS, and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers through the buying journey and answer questions with care.
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles and help reset showroom floor as needed.
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented store environment.
