Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Monaca, PA is hiring Retail Sales Consultants. You will help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch system, leverage tablets and POS during sales, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
• Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using the bedMatch system.
• Engage customers with a friendly, high-energy approach.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and setting up deliveries.
• Maintain showroom presentation and floor resets.
• Work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
