Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Comfort with using tablets, POS devices, and bedMatch system for selling.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Deliver a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
