Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Sales Consultant at our store in Hiram, GA. You will guide customers through a personalized selection using the bedMATCH diagnostic system and provide a friendly, educational shopping experience.

This role requires a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases. We offer a robust compensation package with a generous hourly wage or commission, plus training

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and set up showroom floors.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and capture customer information.
