Mattress Warehouse in Williamsport, PA is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process. You will guide shoppers through product selection, demonstrate lifestyle-friendly solutions, and close sales on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Evenings, holidays, and weekends required; typical 4–5 day work week.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Sell premium mattress products using bedMATCH process.
• Comfort with tablets and mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process.
• Assist customers in selecting sleep solutions based on bedMatch recommendations.
• Operate tablets and mobile POS to complete purchases and transactions.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers’ sleep.
