Job summary

Sleep Outfitters in Moosic, PA is seeking a Sleep Professional (Sales Consultant) to join our full-time team. You will help guests find the best sleep solutions, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

You’ll set sales goals using the Personal Sleep Profile, deepen product knowledge, and support company initiatives while delivering exceptional service to our Guests. Weekend/evening availability is required, with competitive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Retail Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Guest experience and develop a client base by building lasting relationships with Guests and utilizing Sleep Outfitters' sales processes.
• Set and achieve sales goals using the Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and make recommendations.
• Expand product knowledge and explain how better sleep improves health to guests and build relationships.
• Maintain a store environment that supports the guest experience and company standards.
• Engage with the community to raise awareness about sleep importance and Sleep Outfitters' offerings.
• Execute company initiatives and demonstrate company values in all Guest interactions.
