Job summary

The Sleep Support Assistant at Temple Health – Temple University Health System supports the sleep department by assisting managers, supervisors, and clinical staff. You will handle varied tasks to ensure smooth department operation, protect patient information, and maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment.

We seek candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in Pre-Cert, scheduling, chart prep, or Pulmonary/Sleep Disorders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in Pre-Cert, scheduling, chart prep.
• 2 years experience in Pulmonary/Sleep Disorders or related field.
• General experience with EMR, EPIC, IDX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist sleep department management and staff in daily operations.
• Protect confidentiality and manage time-sensitive information.
