Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to interpret polysomnograms, conduct consultations, and oversee patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role emphasizes collaboration within a small team and expanding telehealth across the Denver/Boulder region.

The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO with fellowship in sleep medicine, board certification or eligibility, and a commitment to culturally competent care in diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Residency training at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Fellowship training in sleep medicine is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in sleep medicine is required.

Responsibilities

• Read polysomnograms and home sleep studies.
• Conduct sleep consultations and follow-up with sleep patients.
• Expand use of virtual care across the Denver/Boulder area and the Front Range.
• Collaborate with other CPMG Sleep Medicine physicians to improve care delivery.
• Work within a small team, valuing input from all providers.
