Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a Physician Sleep Medicine for PRN shifts in the Denver area. The role focuses on outpatient sleep medicine, including polysomnogram/home sleep study interpretation and sleep consultations with follow-ups.

You will work within a small team of Sleep Medicine physicians, collaborate across care teams, and expand virtual care delivery while adhering to privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school in the United States.
• Fellowship training in sleep medicine is required, and candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible.
• Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.

Responsibilities

• Read polysomnograms and home sleep studies.
• Conduct sleep consultations and follow-ups.
• Increase the use of virtual care (telephone, email, and video visits) to deliver services across the Denver area.
• Collaborate with other Sleep Medicine physicians to improve care delivery.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and document medical conditions in EMR.
