Job summary

Lovelace Medical Group in Albuquerque, NM seeks a BE/BC Sleep Medicine Physician for an employed role, with 36 patient-facing hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative time.

The position fosters collaboration across Pulmonology, Neurology, Psychiatry, ENT, and Primary Care, with telemedicine options and research/quality improvement opportunities; Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe support enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine with completed ACGME-accredited fellowship.
• Background in pulmonary/critical care, neurology, psychiatry, or internal medicine with sleep training.
• Experience interpreting PSG, MSLT, MWT, HSAT, and PAP titration studies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret polysomnography and titration studies and manage PAP therapies.
• Provide sleep medicine care with a multidisciplinary team (Pulmonology, Neurology, Psychiatry, ENT, PCP).
• Deliver patient education focusing on sleep hygiene and PAP adherence; participate in research and quality initiatives.
• Offer telemedicine sleep consultations and follow-up care; maintain Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe workflow.
