Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; support exam flow and vitals.
• Enter medical history and claims data in EMR; maintain accuracy.
• Prepare exam rooms; sterilize instruments; ensure privacy and safety.
• Stock supplies and manage inventory for all exam rooms.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations; relay orders to pharmacies, labs, or hospitals.
