MyMichigan Health Sleep Disorders Lab in Michigan seeks a qualified Sleep Technologist to support diagnostic testing, PSG, MSLT, PAP, and oxygen titration under physician direction.

The role includes calibrating equipment, preparing patients, setting up and performing tests, and scoring results while participating in quality improvement and staff education to ensure patient safety and precise data collection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree preferred; sleep lab experience in collection and scoring minimum of six months preferred.
• Graduate of a sleep program preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• RPSGT certification or eligibility with two-year timeline.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates equipment before and after use.
• Performs patient prep for procedure.
• Sets up equipment and performs testing and analysis as ordered by the physician.
• Checks equipment in use on patient and makes adjustments as needed.
• Scores PSG and CPAP titrations.
• Completes Inter-Score Reliability testing monthly with score >= 85%.
• Assists with training of new employees.
