Job summary

Henry Ford Health Sleep Center is seeking a skilled polysomnographic technologist to oversee and perform challenging sleep studies and interventions. You will assist with CPAP/BiPAP titrations, ensure data quality, and support technicians to achieve reliable data for physician interpretation.

Responsibilities include scoring, tabulating sleep data, and generating reports while adhering to BRPT Standards of Conduct. A strong foundation in sleep study procedures and quality control is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree with some scientific coursework preferred.
• Able to score Sleep Reliability by HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines, required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs difficult and unusual sleep procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Assists Technicians with CPAP and BiPAP titrations and recording quality.
• Assist Technician in trouble-shooting procedures to ensure quality PSGs.
• Scores and tabulates sleep recordings for later interpretation by a Physician.
• Prints out performance reports and scoring results for the Physician's interpretation.
• Complies with the BRPT Standards of Conduct.
