Job summary

Rest Assured Sleep Labs in Asheville, NC seeks a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RSPGT) to perform comprehensive sleep studies and related interventions in a full-time hourly role, including PAP/O2 titration and MSLT/MWT protocols.

You will prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, collect and score data, document findings, and ensure patient safety. Requires polysomnography training, state credentialing, BLS/CPR, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a polysomnography program (2+ years preferred).
• RPSGT certification and CPR/BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Review history and study protocol; verify documentation.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for testing; apply electrodes.
• Perform data acquisition and ensure artifact-free signals; score sleep stages.
• Document observations and generate accurate reports.
• Ensure patient safety and follow infection control guidelines.
