Qualifications

• Requires at least an Associate's Degree in a health care related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• RPSGT licensure required.
• Five+ years of pediatrics clinical practice with leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise polysomnographic technologists and Sleep Center staff.
• Lead staff training, hiring recommendations, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee safe, cost-effective use of resources and unit budgeting.
• Develop and implement training programs for sleep-disordered breathing and respiratory care.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling to meet predefined lab metrics.
• Collaborate with lab leadership to promote program visibility and standards.
