Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and to craft an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll help customers discover features, benefits, and sleep solutions while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match, with compensation ranging based on qualifications and experience. This position supports stores within a 30–45 minute radius of the home store location.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by building strong relationships.

• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
• Monitor competition and advertisements to stay informed on services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $52,000-$65,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
