Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep. Join our team and enjoy an in-store environment centered on service, product knowledge, and relationships.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $51,000-$63,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
