Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a bilingual (Spanish preferred) sales associate to support stores across Connecticut, including Brookfield, Danbury, Shelton, Ridgefield, Greenwich, Stamford, Westport, Fairfield and Norwalk. You will deliver product knowledge, build relationships, and drive sales while upholding company values.

The role involves helping customers, handling issues, leveraging market awareness, and collaborating with teams. Competitive pay with growth opportunities is offered.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $54,000 - $67,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
