Mattress Firm Inc. is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find their ideal mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Texarkana, TX. The role emphasizes technical product knowledge, sales performance, and customer relationship management.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $24,000 - $30,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
