Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the perfect mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will use digital tools to support selling programs and build relationships with customers, putting them at the center of every interaction.

• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase; handle delivery reminders
• Monitor competition and advertisements; stay aware of market offerings
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales

Job Details:

• Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
