Job summary

MultiCare Neuroscience Institute seeks a Polysomnographic Technologist/Scorer to operate advanced equipment, record sleep physiology and perform diagnostic polysomnography per physician orders.

The role requires BRPT certification, 1 year of polysomnography and scoring experience, and CPR certification. It is a 0.9 FTE night shift, 36 hours/week with an urgent sign-on bonus of $5,000 for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Polysomnographic training or equivalent health-related education.
• BRPT certification required.
• Minimum one year of polysomnographic technology experience.
• Minimum one year of scoring experience; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate sleep study equipment to record sleep/wake physiology.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic polysomnography per physician orders.
• Work independently with limited supervision in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgement for abnormal patient events.
