Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offer personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s sleep products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with integrity and care.
• Create a welcoming in-store environment.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented showroom.
• Provide excellent guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
