Hourly rate: $19.00 – $25.00 (actual compensation varies by experience, skills, education, and location).
The Sleep Coach will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients about their therapy usage. This position provides above‑and‑beyond communication with our patients and uses behavior‑modification techniques such as determining patient adherence barriers while providing tools and steps to overcome them, ultimately improving overall adherence outcomes. The Sleep Coach also supports patients in understanding the importance of sleep therapy, their insurance usage requirements, and how to clean and resupply equipment in the future.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. Additional tasks include speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
