Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) required.
• CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association required.
• 5+ years of sleep lab supervisory/management experience required.
• Proven computer skills and ability to use sleep diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Sleep Center and related sites.
• Mentor technical staff and coordinate educational opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with AAAHC and AASM accreditation standards.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resource allocation for safe, efficient care.
• Promote patient satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives.
