Salinas Valley Health Sleep Center seeks a Respiratory Therapist to perform polysomnography, CPAP/BIPAP titration, and associated care under physician orders. You will document patient data, use Meditech, and maintain equipment with attention to safety and accuracy.

Required are an AMA-accredited program, RRT, CA RCP license, and BLS. Sleep Medicine experience is preferred. The role supports a dynamic sleep services team in Salinas, CA with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an AMA-accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• RRT credential and CA RCP license required; BLS/Healthcare Provider status required.
• 1 year Sleep Medicine or EEG experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform non-invasive polysomnography with 16+ channels.
• Place PSG monitors accurately and setup CPAP/BIPAP/ASV/AVAPS.
• Maintain sleep apnea and CPAP/BIPAP logs during tests.
• Chart patient events and use the Meditech system.
• Maintain and disinfect equipment; stock supplies as needed.
• Stay current on sleep literature and new technologies.
