St. Peter's Health Partners seeks a Supervisor of Polysomnography to oversee the Sleep Center's technical operations, report to the Sleep Center Director with regard to organizational and clinical functions, and guide the growth of all technical staff.

The role emphasizes coordinating technical activities, maintaining equipment safety, and advancing quality improvement while ensuring timely patient care and strong professional relationships with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of sleep disorders experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Current NYS license in respiratory therapy.
• Registered by the Association of Polysomnographic Technologists.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and monitors a comprehensive Quality Improvement Program.
• Maintains preventive maintenance and safety of equipment.
• Develops procedures for test accession, identification, retention, and retrieval.
• Initiates and trains qualified technical personnel to maintain standards.
• Plans bi-weekly schedules and coverage.
• Maintains positive staff and physician relationships.
• Manages PAP compliance program.
• Performs day studies (MSLT, MWT, baseline, titration).
