TriHealth's Sleep Disorders Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Sleep Disorders Center Supervisor to assist the Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, scheduling, recruitment, competency assessment, and quality improvement, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Assists Sleep Disorders Center Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Sleep Disorders Centers, including staff supervision, scheduling, recruitment, competency assessment, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with providers and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while fostering staff engagement, professional development, and operational excellence. May provide direct patient care as needed.

Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Sleep Disorders Center Manager, this position has 24-hour accountability for their areas of responsibility, including assisting in the oversight of all Sleep Disorders Centers. This encompasses execution of administrative and fiscal tasks, staff supervision, interviewing and hiring, staff competencies, human resource issues, service excellence, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention while promoting team cohesiveness within the Sleep Centers. This position works closely with the Manager, Medical Directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, lead technologists and office coordinators to provide safe and efficient workflow with effective utilization of resources. This position will assist in policy/procedure development and implementation, and act as a role model, mentor and coach to ensure quality patient care. This position may also perform direct patient cares activities as assigned, requested or directed.
Interacts effectively with management, professional staff, department leaders and team members while creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention, and promotes team cohesiveness within the Sleep Centers. Acts as a role m Assists manager in the execution of administrative and fiscal tasks for multiple sleep centers. Consistently monitors volume, revenue, expenses and productivity across all sleep centers. Aids in the development and implementation of strategies to assure Works with sleep center leads and coordinators to assure that sleep centers are appropriately staffed. Arranges coverage for staff vacations and call-offs. Reviews, corrects and approves team member time cards. Documents attendance occurrences and takes Assists manager in interviewing, hiring, on-board new team members. Adheres to TriHealth Way of Leading using evidence based practices to coach, evaluate (performance reviews) and counsel/discipline team members in a timely manner. Assists in the development of policies and procedures, oversight of clinical development and continuing staff education. Performs and/or assures the completion of staff competencies per department policy. Assists with tracking quality assurance and pati Participates and maintains proficiancy in all TriHealth leadership required practices. Participates in at least 10 continuing education activities per year as required by AASM. Participates in AASM ISR program as required to maintain sleep technologist

Conduct department huddles. Generally, clinical departments hold daily huddles, non-clinical hold weekly huddles. Regularly Round on Team Members, using questions from the rounding log.
Lead monthly team meetings using meeting agenda template; review stoplight report; cascade key leadership messages. Model, coach and validate team members’ use of TriHealth Way behaviors (AIDET + Promise, Always Behaviors and Always HEARD). Recognize team members for safety wins, positive performance and demonstrating SERVE and ALWAYS behaviors, TriHealth Way of Leading, Serving and Delivering Care.
