Responsibilities

Be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team supporting the Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Branch on the SLCM-N program as a Senior Program Analyst. This position requires an understanding of DoD and NNSA acquisition and business practices. The Senior Program Analyst will work with executive-level management in Federal government agencies, providing classified and unclassified support services to meet mission needs. The candidate will support the customer from the Re-Entry Branch at meetings, taking detailed minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SP28 and NNSA support, communicate proactively with stakeholders, organize technical meetings, lead projects, and help organize the team to deliver high-quality products.
  • Support interactions with SSP and NNSA government leaders to build trusted relationships across various organizations and management levels.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate activities of diverse technical experts to organize programmatic and technical meetings.
  • Contribute to project planning, risk management, and timeline oversight to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track contacts, tasks, and actions to meet deadlines.
  • Be data and process-driven, identify concerns, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive work products to completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience, MS with 6-8 years, or PhD with 3-5 years; education can be substituted for military service or subject matter expertise in nuclear programs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion for learning, helping others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the mission.

Desired:

  • Experience with SSP or NNSA.
  • Military experience.

Equal Pay Act

This position offers a projected salary range of $95,515.87 to $166,083.57, with factors like experience, skills, location, education, and certifications influencing final compensation.
