Job summary

University of North Carolina Wilmington seeks a Senior Slate Administrator to lead the central Slate platform administration, governance, and security. You will work with IT and campus stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure operation and future expansion of Slate.

The role requires deployment of governance, data management, and integrations across admissions, student success, and retention initiatives, aligning with university objectives and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three or more years of experience administering Technolutions Slate functionality, including forms, communications, workflows, reporting, user permissions, and data management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise administration, governance, and security for the Slate platform.
• Oversee integrations, change management, and user support across the Slate environment.
• Collaborate with campus Slate Captains and IT stakeholders to promote scalable, standardized practices.
