Job summary

Cambria in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Slab Production Operator to monitor and run stone processing equipment on the soft/polish line, ensuring safety and quality in a climate-controlled facility.

You will handle shift blocks, maintain inventories with Oracle and Tableau, complete shift paperwork, and work with a team to meet production goals while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to obtain safety certifications (forklift, crane, chemical handling, respirator).
• Good English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the soft/polish line to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Complete shift paperwork as assigned.
• Manage slab inventories using Oracle and Tableau reporting.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards.
• Cross-train on multiple areas of the production line.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow SOPs.
• Inspect finished and raw products for defects and compliance.

All shift types and schedules are listed below.Block shifts consist of alternating schedules: one week is 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday) with Sunday paying double time, and the next week is 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday), which includes eight hours of overtime. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods.
