Job summary

ODC Construction LLC is seeking a Slab Laborer to assist in preparing and installing slab foundations on construction sites. You will support the slab crew, move materials, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. This position is field-based in Florida, with background checks and drug screenings conducted after a conditional offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in slab preparation and construction is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist in slab preparation, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pour.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Set up and clean work areas, coordinate with crew.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness on site.
