Job summary

A construction services company in Florida is looking for a Slab/Concrete Laborer to support their residential new construction projects. This hands-on position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors, assisting with slab preparation, material transport, concrete pouring, and cleanup. Experience in concrete work is preferred but they will train the right candidate. Reliability and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to take direction on an active job site.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of concrete/slab or construction experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in Florida conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with slab prep: grading, base material, raking, compacting.
• Carry materials and tools needed for construction.
• Help set forms and layout as directed by the foreman.
