Skyline at First Hill in Seattle is hiring RN and LPN candidates for full-time, part-time and on-call roles within a Transforming Age community. Competitive pay and excellent benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision and retirement, plus generous PTO.

These roles involve direct resident care, assessments, admissions support, medication administration, and collaboration with the DON to ensure high-quality care. Flexible scheduling and team-oriented culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LPN Program.
• Have an active RN/LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (Long-Term Care preferred) or similar setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DSHS Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' needs are met in accordance with the nursing team's plan.
• Review routines, events calendar and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure charting and record keeping are accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age.
