Job summary

Skyline at First Hill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an On-Call/PRN role in Seattle, WA. You will provide compassionate care, support a resident-focused team, and help manage medication orders and charting for our aging community.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited LPN program credential, an active state license, and flexibility for occasional weekends/holidays. DHS regulations knowledge and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
• Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home is preferred but not required.
• Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Have knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and external individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings, trainings and promote the Mission and Values.

The pay for this role is $45.00 to $48 per hour DOE

Our Licensed Practical Nurses:

What you need to succeed!

Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required) Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed. Have knowledge of DHS Regulations Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
