Skyline at First Hill is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for on-call/PRN shifts in Seattle. As a Transforming Age community, we value compassionate care, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction with residents.

You will be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active WA license in good standing. Duties include delivering treatments, ensuring medications and supplies are stocked, accurate charting, attending trainings, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in WA in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (assisted living or long-term care) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to meet residents’ needs.
• Review routines and calendar of events to align care.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and record-keeping.
• Attend meetings and trainings; uphold Transforming Age values.
