Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador for One World Observatory in NYC. You will deliver exceptional guest service, provide information on the observatory and local attractions, and assist with tickets and reservations in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes a welcoming, knowledgeable presence, with duties including safety, guest satisfaction, and timely documentation of interactions. A flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years guest service, hospitality, attractions, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NYC landmarks and tourism preferred.
• Multilingual and/or sign language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing assistance in person and by phone.
• Provide information about the Observatory experience, NYC attractions, landmarks, transportation, and local dining options.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, tour reservations, upgrades, and other Observatory products and experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Observatory layout, policies, and procedures to answer inquiries.
• Present information clearly, confidently, and professionally in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests in assigned areas.
• Document guest interactions and complete required reports.
