Cutter's Edge is seeking Tree Climbers to join their Arbor team in Boynton Beach, FL. Climbers perform pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and other arboricultural services using climbing techniques, aerial lifts, ropes, and rigging equipment.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship while working at heights and in varying weather conditions. Candidates should have 3+ years in tree care and be able to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tree care with emphasis on climbing is required and/or bucket truck operation.
• Proficient in climbing, rigging, pruning, and felling using industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using approved techniques, ropes, saddles, and related equipment.
• Perform pruning and removals per standards and company specs.
