Life Flight Network in Pendleton, OR invites a Flight Nurse to join our team delivering advanced critical care in flight and ground settings. You will collaborate with a Flight Paramedic to provide age-appropriate patient care, document thoroughly, and maintain equipment readiness while supporting operations and safety protocols.

The role requires five years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the past decade, current RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS, and TPATC/CFRN qualifications or progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the last ten (10) years.
• Previous flight experience preferred.
• Flight experience can be substituted year for year for the ICU/ED/Trauma requirement.
• Current licensure and/or certification as listed below:

Responsibilities

• The Flight Nurse will work with the Flight Paramedic in delivering advanced critical care.
• Assumes responsibility for all direct patient care per Life Flight Network guidelines.
• Documents patient care per standards established by LFN.
• Mentors junior staff and ensures equipment readiness and restocking.
• Supports day-to-day operations and may compile data or work on projects for the Director of Clinical Operations.
• Ensures safety of aircraft and adheres to safety policies during all procedures.]
