POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen. Full time and part time positions available.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for food preparation and presentation. Work in close liaison with chefs. Duties include food handling, storage, rotation, processing and presentation. Must have fundamental knowledge of line cooking and health code. Must be willing to work as a team. Must be 14 years of age.

Physical Demands:

Combined standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will stand in place for up to 30 minutes. Will get breaks as available. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is 90% inside & 10% outside and exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. All sensory skills needed.
