Bass Pro Shops is hiring a Merchandise Operations Specialist I to support accurate SKU data and manage the MMS platform. You will partner with Merchant Teams to ensure SKUs are created, maintained, and moved through replenishment channels efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in operations or data roles, solid Excel and database skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and ongoing personal development within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; business or data focus preferred.
• 2–4 years in operations, analytics, or data roles.
• Experience with MMS or similar merchandise systems.

Responsibilities

• Specializes in MMS systems for defined Merchant teams to guide decisions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to align SKUs.
• Ensures planogram integrity with Visual Merchandising teams.
• Builds relationships to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Designs, develops, trains, and documents MMS modifications and SOPs.
• Learns quickly and pursues personal development goals.
• Utilizes data analysis to support accuracy and efficiency.
