Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a poultry processing and packaging environment.
• Must be able to work in wet, humid, and cold conditions, including refrigerated areas when required.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to push and pull racks weighing up to 95 pounds of force.
• Must be able to stand, walk, balance, stoop, and climb steps as needed throughout the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper body movements.
• Must be able to safely handle poultry products and operate around moving production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transfer cooked poultry from hanging racks to processing equipment.
• Feed products through peeling and slicing machinery.
• Maintain the flow of production and meet production schedules.
