Job Description: Skinner/Slicer

The Skinner/Slicer is responsible for supporting deli production operations by transferring cooked poultry products from hanging racks to processing equipment, feeding products through peeling and slicing machinery, and maintaining the flow of production. Team members handle product rods, operate around production equipment, separate product as needed, and move racks used throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires adherence to food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards while working in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.

Qualifications:

• - Must be able to work in a poultry processing and packaging environment.
• - Must be able to work in wet, humid, and cold conditions, including refrigerated areas when required.
• - Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 45 pounds.

• - Must be able to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• - Must be able to maintain regular, dependable attendance.
