Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Gilbert is seeking a dedicated Skin Expert to deliver premier skincare services in a welcoming environment. You will perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tweezing and brow tinting while guiding clients through product recommendations.

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona Esthetician license, can work independently or with a team, and excels at building relationships with guests to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license required.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical skincare services.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facial services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting.
• Book return services and manage appointment flow.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures.
• Collaborate with store team and manager for supplies and store standards.
• Attend product trainings and team meetings.
