Qualifications

• Active esthetician license required.

• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, or brow services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Manage appointments and assist front desk in a fast-paced setting.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and products.
• Provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Support daily operations and maintain a clean, on-brand studio.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock to stay prepared.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and policy guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
