Zusammenfassung

AbbVie in North America seeks a Brand Manager for NPI & Product Lifecycle Management. You will orchestrate end-to-end supply chain for new product introductions in premium skincare, coordinating with Brand Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and CMOs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage S&OP inputs, optimize inventory and work across CMOs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing CMO or third‑party manufacturing relationships.
• End‑to‑end NPI project execution experience.
• ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle) and analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end NPI project management for North America cosmetics portfolio.
• Develop and maintain detailed NPI timelines and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate cross‑functional NPI launch meetings across R&D, regulatory, packaging, and more.
• Support procurement and qualification of components and materials for trials and production.
• Ensure launch inventory targets and phased market rollout plans are met.
