Qualifications

• Active esthetician license required (state).
• Experience performing dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing or tinting preferred.
• Able to educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing guest experience with standout service and brand standards.
• Work toward and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Manage appointments and help front desk with organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products to find what works best.
• Recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products to create a personalized guest experience.
• Support daily operations and front desk tasks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to keep the team prepared.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio that stays on-brand.
• Follow scheduling, timekeeping, and company policies with accountability.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current in the beauty industry.
