Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Skin Expert (Esthetician/Cosmetologist) in Sarasota, FL. You will perform facials for 40-50 minutes, brows, lashes, and waxing, while maintaining state board compliance and accurate records.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license, 18+ years old, and weekend availability. You will provide excellent customer service, meet service and product goals, and follow FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have active Esthetics or Cosmetology license as required by law.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure Board compliance.
• Maintain partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork.
• Notify of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to.
• Follow timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
