Nemasket Group is seeking a patient, energetic support professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently and improve quality of life. You will provide direct support, teach life skills, and promote positive behaviors within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, behavior management, social integration, and safe transportation to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in home & community care or caregiving is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • Ability to manage behavior effectively while promoting a positive environment.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for transportation duties.
