Job summary

Crossroads Continuum in Marlborough, MA is seeking four Skills Trainers for the Commons Adult Day Program. This full-time role offers daytime hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will support adults with autism in developing daily living, communication, social, and independent living skills, implement ISP/BMG/BIPs, and promote community participation. Requirements include high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong communication and teamwork; preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to adults with autism in day program and community settings.
• Help participants develop daily living, communication, social, and independence skills.
• Implement ISP, BMG, and BIPs to guide individualized goals.
• Encourage participation in recreational activities and community opportunities.
• Collect progress data and communicate observations to the team.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment with appropriate supervision.
