Job summary

Illumine Collaborative, LLC in Vermont seeks a Skills Instructor to join our clinical treatment team in the Northeast Kingdom. You will work with BCBA supervision, educators and families to teach social, emotional and academic skills in homes, schools and communities.

The ideal candidate is patient, collaborative and calm under pressure, and ready to act on ongoing feedback and supervision to improve treatment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate, required
• RBT certification, preferred
• Completion of coursework in education, psychology or social work, preferred
• Physical ability necessary to help manage client needs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Effective and personable communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct service on-site to clients in homes, schools and communities as prescribed in treatment plans.
• Record accurate client progress records and notes.
• Collaborate with the clinical treatment team to ensure effective delivery.
• Attend ongoing trainings and participate in supervision and feedback.
• Provide services in a culturally responsive manner to meet client and family goals.
